The Fourth Year BS Biology, BS Mathematics, BS Math Com. Sci., BS Psychology and BS Guidance and Counseling graduating students of the College of Science, as one of their requirements, need to undergo OJT/Practicum/Student Job Immersion in a public or private institution. As such, they have to keep tract of their daily work/activities. Therefore, a corresponding working manual is needed.
In this regard, may we therefore request for approval for the production of the said manual as well as the corresponding fund for the purpose. There are ____ students presently undergoing the said activities.
